More than 160 judges from a broad spectrum of industry voices from around the world participated and their average scores determined the 2019 Golden Bridge Awards Finalists and Winners.
Dori’s recognition stems from her efforts over the past few years in joining two company’s customer service methodologies into one measurable customer journey that expands three departments. Her teams are changing the face of customer service for the restaurant industry by proactively partnering with Compeat’s customers to understand what they want to accomplish in their business and helping them to get there.
