First stop, New York on March 11th-12th, 2020!

Below is the agenda for New York. It’s full of informative interactive session including our Restaurant Industry Hot Topic Panel called The Main Dish featuring celebrity chef Jordan Andino.

Andino has honed his training & experience working at acclaimed restaurants including The French Laundry, Spago, and Jean Georges. His talent and unparalleled charisma was recognized early on by Food Network and Cooking Channel. Known for headlining his very own show “Late Nite Eats,” and for bringing Filipino food the forefront of popular culture with his NYC Filipino Taqueria, Flip Sigi, Jordan has continued making appearances on nationally televised programs from Chopped, Beat Bobby Flay, Rachael Ray, Dr. Oz. and the Today Show.

Jordan will be joined by Laura Hennemuth, Director of HR Operations at Alicart Restaurant Group & NY Hospitality Alliance Member. Laura brings to the table a deep knowledge and understanding both of operations and the challenging and ever changing landscape in the Northeast. She graduated from Boston University School of Hospitality Administration and was initiated into the world of restaurant management with Hillstone Restaurant Group. A few years later, she joined an innovative west coast start up, Eureka! Restaurant group and after a year as a General Manager, transitioned into a Senior Training and Development role. After 5 years in California, she returned to the East Coast with Alicart Restaurant Group, the name behind Carmine’s Family Style Italian and Virgil’s Real BBQ.
