Your success is our success! Compeat provides a variety of Professional Services designed to optimize your success in implementing and utilizing our software products. To get started, our Professional Service organization will assist you with Software Installation, Data Conversions, and Training for the setup and daily use of your Compeat Software. Compeat also provides a fully staffed Help Desk to provide you with ongoing support. If you have unique business requirements, Compeat can also provide Custom Software Development services.
Compeat software may be installed and run on your own equipment OR Compeat will host the software for you on a Server in the Compeat Datacenter. Compeat Hosting will provide you with access to your software 7 days per week by 24 hours per day via the Internet. Compeat Hosting will allow you to avoid the cost of purchasing, installing and maintaining extra equipment and it also provides an extremely safe and secure environment. Compeat Hosting is also a great way to get started using Compeat software quickly and effortlessly. Compeat does not require a long-term commitment to our Hosting service and you can move your software from our Datacenter to you own equipment at any time.
In addition to abundant storage capacity, the Compeat Datacenter provides fully redundant electrical power, multiple connections to the Internet backbone using dual entry OC-48 fiber, customer BGP4 routing using Cisco routers... all resulting in no single point of failure. To optimize security, the Compeat Datacenter employs a 128 bit encryption system (the same that most online banking systems utilize).
Compeat software product training is delivered via a standard curriculum
that we call Compeat University. The standardized courses we offer at
Compeat University represent the most effective, expedient, and economical
way to implement a Compeat System. The classroom approach also ensures
that your team will go through each training process from start to finish,
in a consistent manner, and in a timely manner.
Compeat University is typically delivered online ("Compeat
University – Online"),
but can also be delivered to you at your location ("Compeat University – Onsite").
Compeat University is offered in “sessions” (typically 4
hours) so they can be delivered to you in convenient intervals. Some
online courses are regularly scheduled and will include multiple customer
attendees (such as our Inventory Sessions) and other online courses
will be scheduled with you one-on-one at a mutually convenient time
(such as our Accounting Sessions).
Compeat Ongoing Support
To assist you in your ongoing use of Compeat Software, Compeat provides two additional services - Software Maintenance and Help Desk. Software maintenance will provide you all updates and upgrades to your Compeat Software. Help Desk provides you with a team of support personnel that are available to answer your questions (via email or telephone) or address any questions related to using Compeat Software after it has been fully implemented.
