General Ledger

Compeat's General Ledger feature is a well-designed system that speeds up your general journal entry tasks. It includes:

Auto-reversing journals. Accruals can be timed to auto-reverse on either the first day of the following week or the first day of the following month; alternatively, a specific date may be specified.
Inter-company entries. Compeat provides the very powerful feature of full inter-company processing. Compeat will automatically make inter-company journals as appropriate.
The ability to import journal entries from Microsoft Excel. Compeat's extremely powerful eXcellent™ Financial Functions may be used to calculate such things as percentage of rent calculations and sales tax remittance. Once calculated, the result may be formatted and imported from Excel and posted in Compeat's general ledger.
