Back Office Solutions for Big and Small
Compeat’s design easily accommodates both large, multi-unit enterprises, and single-unit operators. For the single-unit operator, Compeat simply requires a PC running Windows XP Professional networked to your POS system.
For the multi-unit operator, Compeat installs on a server running Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 Server, with the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database. Compeat Back Office leverages Smart Client technology to allow the PC at your restaurant to seamlessly work with the data over a standard broadband Internet connection. No synchronization of recipes, inventory, or financial information is necessary, because all data resides at the home office.

Back Office Innovations
Compeat Back Office 5 introduces two new exciting features: integrated document imaging, allowing for scanned images of invoices to be attached to the invoice header, safely archiving it to be viewed or printed as needed, and newly designed reporting capabilities, based on Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. Improvements include extensive drill-down capability and the ability to schedule and push reports to designated staff members on a daily basis.
